What We Do
We provide hotel-quality rooms for commencement weekend, visiting professionals, visiting students, reunions, weddings, conferences holiday weekends or any other occasions needing a short term stay in the Finger Lakes Region.
Our house currently has 5-6 rooms available for rent with 1 bathroom on each floor. You are welcome to book the whole house on the weekends!

*Close to Cayuga Lake, wineries, the Ithaca airport
*Universities: 0.4 mile away from the back entry of Ithaca College, 2.2 miles to Cornell
*Less than 1.5 miles to downtown Ithaca
*A few miles to Buttermilk Falls

*Parks, playgrounds, and 6-mile walking trail located behind our house.
Located in a very quiet neighborhood with 5-6 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs, will accommodate 12+. Two full baths, one on each floor.

Rate and Reservation:
House rates: $400-$550 per night for the use of the house on weekends, depending on the season, number of rooms needed and the length of stay.
Room rates: $75-$120 per night for a room, depending on the season, room size, number of rooms needed and length of stay. If you only stay one night, the room price is $100.00, the second night is $50.00.
Weekday Deal: $58.00 Monday-Thursday only, not including holidays.
Please note: Individual rooms are available throughout the week, depending on availability.
During the normal season (when it is not Cornell graduation, when students are going back to school, and other similar special events), the price is fixed.
2012 Cornell and IC commencements have been booked.
